Helping our communities by caring for and improving the lives of
our citizenry are goals of the Community Development Division.
These actions are carried out in a number of ways - improving the
quality and availability of community facilities; water, wastewater
and solid waste management; revitalizing our downtown business
districts; building the capacity of local officials and community-based
organizations; and improving the energy efficiency of our communities.
